I did it! I set up in the middle of class. I didn't hide in the back. I came prepared with your suggested modifications. I thought doing modifications would make me “look weak!” I have brand new quad muscles that I have NEVER felt before!!! The work out felt catered to me! It was a good one! I was shocked that I was still able to get my heart rate in the orange even with modifications. I got a great work out!  I’m so happy!! Thank you so much for your help!! I seriously feel so strong during my workouts.
